Existing Customers:
If you are an existing customer, who was able to successfully log in and access content at the old ceb.com site and the MyCEB portal, you should be able to log in using your existing username and password at: https://research.ceb.com/login
In the future, you may be asked to start using your email address as your username.
If you are asked to change your password, that means your old password does not meet our new security requirements. All CEB passwords must now include: (1) at least 8 characters, (2) at least one number, and (3) at least one uppercase letter. Your password cannot contain your first name, last name, or email username.
I'm an existing customer, but I can't log in! Help!
If you are trying to log in and are having trouble or getting error messages, please use the Forgot Password function on the login page, and you will receive an email allowing you to reset your password and gain access to your account.
If that doesn't work, or if you can't recall the right username and email address, please contact Customer Support so they can help you!

You have to register before you can log in! Please go to https://research.ceb.com/register to create a new account using your name, email address, and a strong password. Once you're logged in, you can go to your Account page to set your profile or upgrade your Plans & Products.
