How do I get to CLE in the new system?

Log in and got to the the Learning tab! From there, you should:

  • Click the "Go to CLE Videos" button

  • A new window will open, where you can click "Content Library" to view and browse all available courses

Do I have to start watching the programs I was partway or halfway through from the beginning?

Are programs should return you to the point where you left off. If for some reason your place is lost don't rewatch (unless you want to) skip ahead to where you left off. When you are don watching, if it doesn't reflect your completion, don't re-watch it, just let us know to fix it for you. You can reach Tech Support at:

Where do I find my credits or print my certificates?

Go to the MCLE Credits and Certificates page under the Learning tab. From there, you can view the credits you've completed, check your progress against your compliance deadline, and print or save records of all your Certificates of Completion.  

If I don't see all the credits for courses I've already completed?

Don't worry -- we have records of all your CLE credits! If you don't see units for courses you've taken, contact Tech Support. It's possible that the system didn't correctly record the video completion and they can take care of that for you.  Please be sure to include your bar number and the course title(s).

Where's the compliance package I purchased?

If you purchased a compliance package, the package should appear in you learning dashboard when you log in:

Where can I view, print, or download program materials?

Downloadable copies of the program materials are on the "Additional References" tab on the main page of a given program. You can find, view, save, and print all program materials from there. Let us know if you see a course that does not have the document available. You can reach Tech Support at:

Can I download programs as mp3 files?

This feature is not currently available. We're exploring how we could add this feature, so let us know with your feedback that this is of interest to you.

How can I buy CLE?

CEB no longer offers individual programs for sale. Instead, you can go to your Account and select an option. The CLEPassport is the best option and provides unlimited on-demand viewing (your non-attorney staff can view unlimited CLE on your passport too). You can also purchase a CoursePass for 6- or 12- hours of on demand CLE. Finally, you can purchase a Compliance Package.
