Certificates are found in your Learning account under the MCLE Credits and Certificates tab. If you just completed a course, please wait 10 minutes and check again. The vast majority of course completions are processed after 2-5 minutes of your completing the video.
If your program completion and certificate are not available after 10 minutes, please do not attempt to retake the class. We will have a record of the time you spent viewing the course and can provide you with the appropriate credits. Instead, contact our Customer Service at email@example.com or send us a message in chat using the blue icon on the bottom right of your page, and we will ensure you get the completion records you have earned.
If you send a message or chat, please include the following information so we can promptly get you credit:
Your bar number
The full name of the course you watched
