If I finished a program and it doesn’t show up on my list of completed courses, what should I do?

If you watched a video, but didn't get credit, let us fix it for you.

Certificates are found in your Learning account under the MCLE Credits and Certificates tab. If you just completed a course, please wait 10 minutes and check again. The vast majority of course completions are processed after 2-5 minutes of your completing the video.

If your program completion and certificate are not available after 10 minutes, please do not attempt to retake the class. We will have a record of the time you spent viewing the course and can provide you with the appropriate credits. Instead, contact our Customer Service at customer_service@ceb.ucla.edu or send us a message in chat using the blue icon on the bottom right of your page, and we will ensure you get the completion records you have earned.

If you send a message or chat, please include the following information so we can promptly get you credit:

  • Your name

  • Your bar number

  • The full name of the course you watched

You can also call us at 1 (800) 232-3444 x3, 7:30-5:00pm (PT), Monday - Friday, but that may result in a slower response time.
