An electronic signature is typed like this: /s/ <Signer’s Name Here>
California Rule of Court 2.257 provides:
If a document is signed under penalty of perjury you must preserve the original signature (wet signature) on this document for inspection by the other party.
If a document is not signed under Penalty of Perjury the document is deemed signed if the document is filed electronically (we recommend that you use the /s/ <Signer’s Name Here> format just to be safe.)
