Local Rule 314A requires electronic documents filed with or in response to another filed document to include on the first page the Register of Actions (“ROA”) number of the related document. The ROA number should appear on the filing under the document title and above the hearing date, hearing time, and department. Including the document title and relational notation in the Document Title field will fulfill this requirement.

CEB does not eFile directly with the Courts, but instead offers eFiling through Rapid Legal®. Learn more about the CEB + Rapid Legal partnership.

Rapid Legal has created an Orange County Superior Court eFiling and eService Guide. It can be found here.
