How do I return a print or CD product?

CEB print publications are available risk free for 30 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the product in good condition along with the invoice and packing slip within 30 days of the invoice date, and we'll cancel the invoice. This offer does not apply to opened CDs. Defective CDs may be returned for replacement.

Please repack return items carefully in the original carton. We request that you return items prepaid by way of UPS, FedEx, or insured U.S. Mail. CEB is not responsible or liable for items lost or not received.

Online Subscriptions:

CEB’s online subscription products such as CLE, Passport, OnLAW, OnLAWPro, and Practitioner are not returnable. Regardless if you pay monthly or annually for access to these products they are non-refundable recurring annual subscriptions.
