"Error -310 Occurred While Attempting To Open C:/Users/Public/Public Documents/Essential Publishers/Data/Cases.dbf"

Error -310 is an error in the index file structure. You can go into Start>Computer (Windows Explorer) root-down to the Essential Forms Data folder and delete all the .mdx files by hand, then the program should rebuild them on launch.
