CBDBENG.DLL should be in the Essential Forms program folder, if that is missing:
1. Double-check the shortcut path is that correct (Right-click shortcut, Properties> Shortcut tab> Target”). Maybe it should be launching from a shared network location when it’s actually launching from C: /Program Files(x86)/… Try launch the “efwin32.exe” directly from the Essential Forms program folder. Does that produce the same error? If not, redraw a new shortcut on the Desktop.
2. Try reinstalling the latest JC Update.
3. Could be permissions issue, users need full control on the Essential Forms program folder. Try right-clicking the shortcut and “run as administrator.”
4. Maybe the installed anti-virus is preventing that file from getting installed or launched from the Essential Forms program folder.
