1. Try to open your email and download the JC Update link on the Windows side of Parallels.
2.) If you still get the error message, we have another format of the JC Update that might get past the ikernel.exe error.

Include in the email your customer number or firm name and the reason for the request (error installing ikernel.exe on a Mac running Parallels). Tech support will send back a zip version of the JC Update to install with instructions.
