Two Attorneys In Forms

The headers in Judicial Council forms assume a single attorney, and Essential Forms is programmed accordingly.  Apparently other forms programs fudge the spacing in their headers a bit to allow for a second attorney, but we don't do that; our policy is to try to retain the spacing of the JC form masters as much as possible.

A user can, if they can find the space to do so, add a second attorney in the "General" tab in the client/matter information screen.  They just have to figure out where they can make everything fit.  Or they can add user fields to the form itself, shrink fonts, etc. to make it work.  Obviously, it would be easier to do it in the client/matter info screen, but it's not always possible.
