Losing Saved Form Data In Certain Fields

Most likely the user preferences are set to "Refresh saved forms with the current database information" and the user didn’t fill in all the relevant database fields in the Client Profile tabs- General, Collections, Family, Parties, Guardian, etc.

Go into "Configure" then "preferences", choose sub tab "Database". Under the middle section make sure "Never refresh a saved form with the current database" is checked. Then click "Ok".

Go ahead and enter text in the fields and save the form again. Close and reopen the form and see if the data stays in the form.
