Make sure you don’t have any jobs jammed in the queue.
Click on “Start”, then “Devices and Printers” (or Printers and Scanners) select the printer and click on “See What’s Printing” (it may be slightly different depending on the printer manufacturer) and delete any print jobs stuck in the queue. If your still unable to print try the following instructions below.
Go into Essential Forms click Configure, then Preferences, click on the “Print Options” tab and uncheck: "Pause between pages", "Display selection dialog" and "Allow Duplex Printing". Then, try and print to the same printer. Most likely the "Display selection dialog" is not relevant. The settings, "Allow Duplex Printing" and “Pause Between Pages” sometimes causes issues with some of the newer printer drivers.
