One-Sided Printing
Unchecking "Allow duplex printing" and "Pause between pages" should be all that's needed to get the desired results (one-sided printing).
If those boxes are unchecked and it still will not print single-sided, it might be a setting change, a driver change, or a Windows update on the computer that led to the current behavior.
Duplex or Double-sided Printing
Going into “Configure” then, “Preferences” and click on the tab “Print Options” and try unchecking “Pause between pages” and checking “Allow Duplex Printing” and clicking “OK”. Go back into Essential Forms and try to print.
If it still will not print double-sided, with Essential Forms closed (so it picks up any changes when it reopens), it should be the case that if you go under “Start”, then click on "Printers and Scanners" (or “Devices and Printers”) go to the tab “Printing Preferences” and check "Print on both sides" and uncheck "Flip pages up", set "Booklet layout" to "off", click Apply and Ok. Go back into Essential Forms and try to print.
Turning off Tumbling Or Flipping Page Up?
With Essential Forms closed, so it picks up any changes when it reopens, it should be the case that if you go under “Start”, then click on “Devices and Printers” or "Printers and Scanners" go to the tab “Printing Preferences” and uncheck "Print on both sides" and uncheck "Flip pages up", set "Booklet layout" to "off", it should stop flipping the pages on the top edge. Go back into Essential Forms and try to print.
If it still will not print the order correctly it may take going into “Configure” then, “Preferences” and click on the tab “Print Options” and try unchecking “Pause between pages” and unchecking “Allow Duplex Printing” and clicking “OK”. One of those settings may be confusing or canceling out the printer settings set under Start>Printers and Scanners (or Devices and Printers).
Or, maybe there's a bug in the printer driver and you’ll needs to go to printer manufacturers website and download the latest driver.
