Unable to access saved Matters and forms under a Client name. When double-clicking on the Client name in this state, getting a prompt, "Please select a matter folder associated with the client <name>," but unable to do so.
Try click the blue refresh arrows on the icon menu bar in Essential Forms in the Client Information tab:
Or, click the F5 key on your keyboard and see if the Matter and saved forms are available again.
If the Matter and saved forms are still missing:
(1) close everyone out of Essential Forms
(2) Try to pack and reindex the databases
(3) see if the matter is accessible.
