Usually "system configuration file has incorrect structure" message means the Essential Forms Data directory is in a "restricted" folder, so figure out where that is and either move it to a shared location, or figure out how to share it with higher permissions. Users should have full control (read, write and modify permissions) on the data folder. Perhaps right-click on the Essential Forms shortcut and click “run as administrator.”

If you need help changing permissions or moving the data folder, it's recommended to consult your IT person.
