Only seeing Sample Client/New Matter all my saved clients are missing?

In Essential Forms click on Configure and click Data Directory (from the drop-down) and double check if you're on the right data path in the Select Data Directory window. If not, click the drop-down arrow to select one of the other stored network paths. Click OK and Use this Directory. If you get an error "the specified directory doe not exist. Would you like to create it?" click No.

Either, double check with your IT admin what that path is or check on another station in Essential Forms, under Configure>Data Directory the shared path in the Select Data Directory. Make a note of that path or copy/paste/email that path to station needing the path. The path can be copy/paste from the email into the Select Data Directory window and click Ok and Use this Directory.

If you still are unable to connect on this station to the network data path or your missing the client data on the share network data folder, you might need your IT person to make sure the network share location is available/correct and shared out with the appropriate permissions (full control- read, write and modify).
