Checking For Form Updates

How do I check for new form updates?

Have everyone close out of Essential Forms

Open Essential Forms on just one station.

Right-click on the Essential Forms Updater in the system tray over by your clock/calendar. It may be hidden under the up arrow ^ (screenshot below):

Click Check For Updates:

You should get a pop-up window in the lower-right corner of your computer that “Updates are ready to install” and click OK:

Close and reopen Essential Forms.

In the "Install Forms Module(s)" window click Yes to download the form updates:

Finally, click No in the "Installation Complete" window:

Click Ok in the "Essential Forms Warning" message:

The program will automatically close and reopen. The updated forms should be available now.

Verifying Form Updates

In the Essential Forms program you can verify these form updates took by clicking the Forms Library tab>Form Lists, under Form Names in selected Group (right-side) take a look Judicial Council, Non-Judicial Council or County (Alphabetical/Numerical) (Date):

Another way to verify is click View>Display Installed Modules and click on “Release Date” in the Installed Form Modules window, to see the latest auto-updates listed:
