No. Essential Forms is not supported in cloud-based environments. Some cloud platforms such as Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and SharePoint use file management syncing that Essential Forms databases are not compatible with. Therefore, it is not recommended to share the Essential Forms database in the cloud environment.
We do have folks that share or use Essential Forms in a virtual setup sharing the Essential Forms client data using either a Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) or Virtual Private Network (VPN). The VPN method is however typically rather slow-loading with our program. We also have users working remotely utilizing programs such as Splashtop, GoToMyPC or Amazon Work Spaces- AWS (requires IT to setup).
