If you’re getting a message that the document is not there: That could be "[formname] was not found in the formlist database", or it could be "Dunzip encountered an error [error #] retrieving the form from the [module name].ZIW file".
With all users closed out of Essential Forms, click Configure>Preferences>Desktop and check the box, “rebuild master forms list upon next launch” then click “Ok”. Close and reopen the program once in that mode. See if the desired form can now be opened. If not, please try reinstalling the latest January/July Update.
