Why is my CLE video progress not tracked?

If you have returned to a CLE video and it did not resume where you left off, or have a similar issue, this feature relies upon 3rd party cookies. Some browsers and security software consider 3rd party cookies to be a threat to privacy and block them.

Chrome:

  1. Ensure you are browsing our site in Normal Mode as opposed to Incognito Mode.

  2. Check your settings to make sure 3rd party cookies are allowed: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647

Edge:

  1. Ensure you are browsing our site in Normal Mode as opposed to InPrivate Mode.

Firefox:
