Why Can't I Access Secondary Sources?

I thought I had access to secondary sources, so why is this out of plan for me?

For OnLAW customers:

If you are an OnLAW customer, but are NOT an OnLAW Pro or Practitioner customer, you do not have access to Secondary Sources as part of the new interface. Sorry for the confusion! Instead, please click on the GO TO ONLAW button at the top of the Home or Research tabs.

If you do not see the GO TO ONLAW button, please contact us with your name, email address, and account or bar number so we can figure out what's going on. You can leave a message via this app, or contact Customer Support at:

For non-OnLAW customers:

CEB Primary and CEB Plus customers do not have access to Secondary Sources. If you want to access Secondary Sources, please upgrade your account to OnLAW Pro as the CEB Plus plan has been discontinued. Solo attorneys can upgrade from their Account page. Firms should contact their Sales Consultants or Customer Service for more information.
